There are stairs to the private entrance, and also from the suite to the beach and boat house. Large open plan dining/lounge area, with an American Leather (extremely comfortable) sofa bed and mini kitchen. The bedroom has a Queen bed, two night stands and a dresser. It has a four piece bathroom. The house is newly built, is south facing and has a lot of character.

A stunning 60-90 min ferry trip from the Mainland. No car required! Seal Beach is 3 km from the ferry. Only 1 km from restaurants, a coffee shop, bakery, and 2 great grocery stores.
