There is covered parking available for your boat or vehicle. Two public boat ramps are also just minutes away.

The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

The Coleman House

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

Victoria’s Cottage

Welcome to Victoria’s Cottage! This cute little cottage is conveniently located in the North central part of Monroe. You will be close to everything in all of Monroe and West Monroe. Such as shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals, sports facilities, ULM, Monroe civic center, and Ike Hamilton. Perfect for families in town for a visit or professionals in town for work. This neighborhood quiet, safe, and peaceful. We are a pet friendly home with a $50 fee per pet for cleaning.

This cozy cottage style home is located near Forsythe and Oliver in Monroe, making it near many restaurants, schools, etc. Close to the interstate and ULM. The space is pet friendly and we have two TVs with streaming and WiFi. Washer/dryer on site. Spread out in a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Also a Neighborhood Walmart and Brookshires Grocery 2 minutes away for your convenience.
