For the gym, we live 2 blocks from the YMCA so you and your family can always sign up to be guests during your stay if you like. - You prepare your own meals :D in a stunning new kitchen and top appliances and if you can, please put all dishes in dishwasher - Bosch will do the dishes ! :) - You are welcome to bring your own foods and put them in trash bags as appropriate - we have a recycled & trash can separately - The linens, bedding, towels are placed in closets’ drawers - Assorted brand of wellness & grooming amenities are in the drawers of your bathroom - Laundry space houses an iron/ ironing board/ swifter (swifter cloths are underneath the sink left hand side or in linen closet) - Kitchen also has a swifter behind the tall cabinet - Please give your plants a drink of water if you stay longer than 3 days – they thrive on it :D -We make certain non-toxic cleaning products with premium essential oils for our cleaning team to use and for our guests to enjoy (when we can) Thank you so much in your mindful participation to maintaining while enjoying our space :) we appreciate your efforts! The waterfront is famous for historic Battleship Iowa, San Pedro Fish Market, and maritime museums. Cruises, restaurants, and shops abound there. San Pedro is also accessible to the southern beach cities. Welcome to legendary traffic famous in LA : D San Pedro is on both a local and a city-wide bus line, but public transportation can be difficult and time-consuming. Uber and Lyft are widely available, but if you want to make the most of your time here, a rental car is ideal. Classic Bungalow Half a Block from the Sand at Hermosa Beach

This 1941 beach bungalow sits just 1 block away from the beach and shops/dining on the famous Pier Avenue. The property has a living room with working fireplace, cozy seating, and a flat-screen television. The full kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and the dining room includes a large dining room table that seats 6. There is also a washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs. The bungalow has three bedrooms: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms: 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and one bathroom off of the master bedroom with a shower. There are French doors that lead to a deck with beautiful trees that provide plenty of shade, a BBQ, and plenty of outdoor seating. There is also an outdoor shower and 3 parking spots! Property is walking distance to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, clubs, and the Hermosa Beach pier. There is also access to water sports rentals across the street where you can rent boogie boards, surf boards, and bikes. This is the perfect place to spend your vacation! Guests can access the entire house and parking area. Will provide a cell phone number and we can be on site within an hour The house is in downtown Hermosa Beach, next to the Beach House Hotel. It's about a block and a half to Pier Avenue, where there are 20 restaurants as well as nightlife, shopping, bike rentals, and the Comedy and Magic Club. The property has amazing parking with room for 3 average to big cars or 4 small ones. There is an additional parking garage about one minute from the location on Hermosa Avenue and 13th street. The bus runs on Hermosa Avenue and you can link up to your favorite form of public transport. An Uber or Lyft is almost never more than 3 minutes away.
