Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.
