The two bedroom unit is located in a very quiet, and safe area. I’m renting the spare bedroom, the bathroom & kitchen are shared. It’s a small house but very cosy and relaxing. I keep everything very clean and welcoming. You will be only 9 min walking to the beach, 2 min to the bus stop and 12 minutes walking to the shops. Super close to the iconic Fremantle South Beach. The sunset there is the best one! Don't miss out! Other things to note: Visitors are not allowed. No vaping or smoking
