The Tiger Den

The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. Less than a mile to campus. I worked for the athletic department for 26 years. I can answer many of your questions. I am the author of "Clemson Through The Eyes of The Tiger." A book about all the former mascots. Located at the end of Perimeter Road, you will have easy access to Death Valley, all the athletic facilities, campus, and downtown Clemson. The dining room table was made from the Littlejohn Coliseum floor the year after the Tigers won the ACC Regular Season in 1990.

At the Pendle-tin, you’re close to everything while still enjoying a quiet, tucked-away setting on the west end of downtown Pendleton. Just 5–8 minutes from Clemson’s Death Valley and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Lake Hartwell is about 5 minutes away and the mountains are an easy day trip. Inside features a kitchen, full bath, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, queen bed, games and workspace. Outside offers seating for four and a propane fire pit.

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
