In the picturesque Sicilian countryside, only 5 kilometres from the famous town of Cefalú and a few minutes from the beach of Capo Plaja, we offer a newly built holiday home for 4 people. The house is divided into two independent flats, with private entrance into the bright living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and room with 2 single beds. Each room has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, there is a swimming pool and large outdoor area for relaxing or having a barbecue.

E' posizionata a circa 150mt dalla spiaggia, alla quale si può accedere gratuitamente, e a 5.7km da Cefalù raggiungibile comodamente in treno!
