Dogs stay free, no checkout chores, and fresh eggs from our chickens and ducks are often available. Enjoy your own firepit, picnic table, grill, and outdoor seating while still being just minutes from shopping and restaurants.

If you are looking for a comfortable, convenient, and private lodging opportunity for any of the upcoming Clemson football games, we may have just the place for you. A short walk to the downtown square and only 4 miles from Death Valley (and 5 miles to downtown Clemson). We have decided to rent out our camper! It’s a 30’ Forest River Wildwood (2020) that is in pristine condition and comes fully equipped with sewer, water, and power along with so many amenities!

We are on a privately owned one acre lot next to a connecting road and multiple neighbors, our property is not a public campground. There is a home on the adjacent property that is currently being renovated, so please excuse the mess while we are in the process of looking our best.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The motorhome is only 3 miles from Clemson’s Death Valley. You will be only 1 mile from the grocery store and convenience stores. The space is also only 2 miles from the Hartwell shopping center that has access to restaurants, coffee shops and additional shopping. This a secluded lot in an established neighborhood with great privacy. There is a house on the property that also is an AirBNB.

The Pendle-Tin

At the Pendle-tin, you’re close to everything while still enjoying a quiet, tucked-away setting on the west end of downtown Pendleton. Just 5–8 minutes from Clemson’s Death Valley and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Lake Hartwell is about 5 minutes away and the mountains are an easy day trip. Inside features a kitchen, full bath, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, queen bed, games and workspace. Outside offers seating for four and a propane fire pit.

In a beautiful wooded area where you can snuggle around the fire pit in the wintertime or grill out, only a short distance from the lake. We are 10 minutes from Seneca and Clemson, South Carolina, and about 3 minutes from Lake Hartwell. Please note: A landscaping company is located next door, so you may occasionally hear some noise in the morning.
