A great location where you can walk to the Gothic Theater; as well as casual and fine dining restaurants and cute shops. Drive just 5 minutes to Swedish Hospital and Craig Hospital or head straight up Broadway to the heart of downtown Denver in as little as 10 minutes. It’s also a straight shot West to the beautiful Rocky Mountains with Red Rocks Amphitheater just 20 min away.

Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.
