Highspeed Wifi. Die Ferienwohnung ist elegant und mit viel Liebe zum Details ausgestattet, viele Bilder, hochwertige Möbel. Kleine aber feine Terrasse mit fantastischem Meer-/Strandblick, großer Wohn-Ess-Salon mit Esstisch aus Vollholz, Sofalandschaft, Sat-TV, Highspeed-W-Lan. Drei Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Himmelbett, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ein En-Suite-Bad, ein Bad separat, beide haben eine Dusche, Bidet, WC, Waschbecken, Kosmetikspiegel. Casa Simona es una casa de campo independiente con más de cien años de antigüedad elegantemente restaurada. Desde sus tres terrazas de uso exclusivo se puede disfrutar de fantásticas vistas al mar y la montaña. Un verdadero oasis colonial salpicado de aguamarina. Esta casa está en dentro de una parcela cerrada de más de 20.000 metros con otras tres casas de alquiler vacacional, la más cercana está a treinta metros. Tiene piscina y lavandería compartidos con las otras tres casas de la propiedad. Está casa de piedra con vistas espectaculares tiene más de cien años pero ha sido convertida en un moderno y funcional apartamento totalmente independiente, dentro de una parcela cerrada de más de 20.000 metros por la que podrán pasear, en la parcela hay otras tres casas de alquiler vacacional independientes que solo comparten la piscina y la lavandería, la casa más cercana está a treinta metros así que disfrutarán ustedes de total intimidad.

L’appartement, entièrement privatif, pour vous, est situé au premier étage, côté cour. Les voyageurs auront accès à l'appartement (privatif). Quand vous entrez dans l'appartement, vous trouvez le salon salle à manger, avec sa cuisine tout en longueur, équipée avec tout le nécessaire (Micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire..). Puis vous trouvez la grande chambre et sa salle de bain privative, qui a une grande douche et un bidet. Literie confortable. L’appartement est entièrement à vous: salon-séjour, grande chambre et sa salle de bain attenante. Enfin, vous trouvez tout le matériel de plage à emprunter gratuitement. De la terrasse du haut, vous aurez quelques vues sur la mer.
