The cozy, light-filled guestroom with QUEEN bed and custom bathroom is the perfect retreat. Fully stocked, the modern kitchen will inspire gourmet meals. With its vaulted ceiling, QUEEN bed, and smart entertainment, the living room is perfect for apres and movie night.

Prosser Dam Paradise- Close to town and reservoir

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!
