There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.

The Deer Run Home, as we call it, is a secluded, quiet and peaceful equestrian property with a delightful amount of wildlife nestled in the foothills of North Carolina. Enjoy this large spacious 2,800 square foot house that was crafted by local artisans and well-appointed with domestic and imported lumber. Relax in our private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool and ignite the charcoal grill to make for a great BBQ day!

Levity House is a soulful, ~3,000 sq ft retreat in the foothills of the Blue Ridge—perfect for those who need a break—from the grind, the group chat, or just gravity. Levity House holds space for rest, reconnection, and being fully human again. Enjoy mountain views, a private pool, fruit trees, and room to connect or unwind. This is not a party house. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Comes with access to large yard, pool during the summer, outdoor patio and grill. 15 mins from the Tryon Equestrian Center. Wineries within minutes. This is a rural area where wifi can be spotty. Great place to disconnect and enjoy life with your family. We live in a tiny home at the back end of the property behind the house. Think of us as respectful neighbors that try to stay out of your way. *Pool is open from May until beginning of Sept*

This cabin is an entertainers paradise! Tucked away atop a mountain, then down into a private valley setting in apple country, the "Cliffhanger" in the forest is a true gem! There is one Ring camera pointed up the driveway for safety purposes. Huge wrap around covered porch and large deck and pool to enjoy outdoors.

This private two room suite with separate entrance in our one-of-a-kind 1915 cottage is walkable to town and has a saltwater pool and outdoor shower. Enjoy the patio and gardens in peaceful privacy. We'll stoke the firepit for you on cool evenings. The rooms are decorated with period furnishings our own and friends' original art. This adorable cottage has a queen bed, pull out queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, shower/tub, washer/dryer, private deck with grill and work space.
