The house has air conditioning, in every bedroom and in the ground floor and is equipped with the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant day in Pollença.Its central location, invites you to enjoy the Plaza Mayor and its quiet and cosmopolitan atmosphere, surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes where you can taste the cuisine Mallorcan and international. A big free parking is 5 minutes walking from the property. Also main beaches of the municipality are just ten minutes away by car, the Port of Pollença, the Cala de San Vicente and the paradisiacal beach of Formentor, all of fine sand and crystal clear waters. Our beautiful Mallorcan townhouse is located in the historic town of Pollenca on a quiet street, just a short stroll from the main square and Calvari steps. It sleeps 6 people and has a pretty courtyard garden. Only 40 minutes from Palma, it's the perfect retreat for a long weekend or an extended trip to explore and unwind. We’ve lived in this part of Mallorca for over 30 years and this house has been in our family for 20. We’re now delighted to be able to host it on Airbnb.
