The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
