Viridis is a 4 stars studio apartment in a house and it has a huge private garden, a jacuzzi, a terrace with BBQ and a beautiful view to the woods. It is a perfect destination for those who search privacy and a quiet green place for relaxing. Our guests are provided by 2 bikes, a pikado and a table tennis. The nearest beach distes 1km and market too. You can reach amazing beaches in 5 -8 min by car and the old Pula city centar in 5 min. The apartment is very new. Come and enjoy :)

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

Introducing our 2025 offering: a jacuzzi hot tub at Villa Maris, a newly built holiday home in Medulin. The villa features 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room in 130 m². Enjoy the 32 m² private pool, sunbathing area, covered terrace, and barbecue.
