Come and enjoy your stay in our luxurious handmade shepherd's hut situated in your own private field where your nearest neighbours are our two sheep and the deer that graze in the field at sunrise and sunset. Play tennis on the asphalt court (tennis rackets and balls available). Enjoy a BBQ and an evening around the firepit where the clean air ensures a perfect view of the stars on a clear night. Pretty thatched, historic Cottage in an ANOB area

The cottage is a lovely grade II, listed, historic, thatched cottage. It's in a conservation area which is also in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are lots of great local country walks. It’s also a central base to visit all that Dorset has to offer; from beaches and beauty spots to country towns. The Crown pub is in the centre of the village, only 5 minutes walk away. Our Sports and Social Club has a a bar and play equipment. It is on the left at the north end of the village

Old Red Lion House in Market Town

A beautiful listed building located on a quiet lane in the centre of the pretty market town of Blandford Forum, offering the perfect place to explore Dorset or simply relax in one of the cosy sitting rooms and indulge in one of the house's many books. Plenty of board games and DVDs will keep the younger ones entertained or get outside to the nearby River Stour to spot otters and kingfishers (just a 5 minute walk from the house) or head in any direction to Dorset's spectacular countryside.

Courage Cottage is a two bedroom detached barn conversion in a Georgian farmyard.The barn was converted in 2013 so has all modern conveniences including underfloor heating. It is very individual and situated in a quiet , rural setting. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The village of Martinstown has an excellent pub and shop. Jasmine Cottage is a characterful, compact barn conversion, that sits next to the 400 year old farm house. It sleeps up to four people (including infants), with a double and a twin room. We are one mile away from The Wise Man Inn - an award-winning pub; 6 miles from Dorset's stunning Jurassic coast and 3 miles from the county town of Dorchester. You will, however, need a car- or bikes! Sorry, no pets and no smoking. No EV charging, yet, but there are many fast charging points nearby.

Haylands Hut

We are located in the heart of our working farm with views out to sea and over the fields. The hut has its own private garden and a small juvenile orchard planted infront, where chickens roam free and there is also a permissive footpath from the hut across the fields to kimmeridge beach. It is important to remember that you will be on a working farm so there are noises and occasional smells that come with this. Please contact me for further info. NB. Sadly I do not accept children.

Win Place is a 1 bedroom cottage in the beautiful rural village of Winfrith Newburgh. This converted holiday cottage is cosy and spacious with modern facilities. A great base to explore all of Dorset. WIFI. Towels+Linen provided. Log burner (logs included) Dog friendly, £15 per dog per, payable by adding each dog to the booking. Dedicated off road parking. Dating from the 16th century, Stable Cottage adjoins the rest of the property but has its own front door and is a completely private and self contained space. Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.
