Weavers' Cottage, West Bradford, Clitheroe

Our place in West Bradford, a mile and a half from Clitheroe has great views, country walks, cycling and a restaurant a minute's walk away. Waddington, a mile down the road, has three pubs including the excellent Waddington Arms. You will love our cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's set in beautiful gardens. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook to fields. Pets are welcome. Note that due to its age, the door and original beam are low.

Wifi, smart speaker and smart TV for information, communication and entertainment. USB charging points & leads are available in the lounge and bedroom. On road parking.*

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

Just 5 miles from Clitheroe and only 1 mile from Hurst Green and the famous Tolkien Trail, this modern barn conversion sleeps up to 4 people in 2 large double bedrooms, both en-suite. Downstairs there’s a spacious living room, open plan dining area and a light, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. This leads to a utility area and downstairs toilet. Outside is partially paved with enclosed gardens. Amazing views can be enjoyed with eating areas to the front and back. Large gated parking area.

The local historic market towns of Whalley and Clitheroe abound with curiosities, fabulous tea rooms, unique shops, bars and restaurants

Situated in the Ribble Valley it is perfect for walks and cycling or as a base to explore with your car. We are at the foot of the Forrest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Beauty. You can also visit the market town of Clitheroe and wander through it's many independent shops or visit the Castle and it's Museum.
