The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. The Blue Heron Guest House

Whether you are traveling solo for work, or for recreation with your family, our lovely two bedroom, 1200 square foot guest house is ideal. One of two houses on the property (we live in the other) designed and built in 1920 as a summer residence for a local family. These 5.5 acres of park-like setting are situated on the serene Stillwater River. Tucked away, in the midst of the suburbs, surrounded by trees, gardens and the sound of birds, this gem of a place is a perfect home away from home.

The place is kid-friendly, across from a wooded city park with rentable shelters, a playground and a basketball court. In a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital/IU East, 2.5 miles from Wayne County Fairground.

This first floor one bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Wayne Hospital, 5 blocks from Darke County Fairgrounds and a short 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville. It sleep up 4. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. IT has a TV with Spectrum streaming app. WiFi is available. It has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and microwave.
