The Highlands Hen House

Cozy private carriage house in shared yard behind 1893 historic home. Perfect for the business or solo traveler but can accommodate 2 with the plush queen sized bed. Conveniently located to downtown, Coors Field or the Mile High Stadium. Easy access to both I-25 and I-70. The casita is in the back corner of the Hosts yard and the yard is shared with the Host. Gardens, fire pit, gas grill, and hot tub all available to guests. Sadly no dogs allowed as we have bunnies and chickens living here.

Most downtown attractions are within a 5-22 min walk: Convention/theater district, Coors Field, 16th St Mall, Union Station, LoDo, RiNo, Dairy Block, Larimer Square, etc. Lyft/Uber/Smart cars/scooters are everywhere. When ready to relax, your private 4th-floor rooftop deck is waiting. It has plenty of comfy seating, grill, fire pit, solar torches & hot tub. Inside, 3 levels of living space, each with a bathroom and tv, will give larger groups ample room to gather or spread out for privacy.

We provide fast, high-speed, reliable internet, TVs with many streaming options, a fully functional kitchen, a private washer/dryer, access to a hot tub, and a Blackstone grill in the shared backyard.

Our place is centrally located between LoDo, RiNo and City Park. You’ll love its close proximity to all downtown attractions - Restaurants, Breweries, Sports arenas, concert Venus and the 38th/Blake train to airport stop is 10 blocks north. The space is clean with a bedroom, living room, bath, laundry and kitchenette Wifi, cable, coffee. It is in the basement of our home. There are interior stairs with a privacy door at the top. The Basement Apt has it's own Private Exterior Entrance. .
