It features three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a luxury ensuite and underfloor heating. Centrally located in town, 450 metres from Lake Bonney Number 11's location makes it ideal for a leisurely walk to enjoy the lake's ever changing beauty. The Lake is a haven for water skiiers, sailors and fishermen. Located within the town provides easy access to local shops and conveniences.
