Memories on Mount View is a 3 bed 1.5 bath country homestead with 3 huge living spaces,a big kitchen and an undercover outdoor entertainment area on a fully fenced private 800sqm block We sit on the edge of town, right on the doorstep of the hunter valley wine region 700m to local shops and a 5min drive to the heart of the Hunter Valley Wineries and some of the country’s best cellar doors & restaurants. Our goal is to provide a comfortable homely space for you and your family to create memories

Fairy Cottage

Fairy cottage is a self contained unit set overlooking our fairy garden. The cottage consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room. There’s 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The front porch has a swing seat overlooking the fairy garden. Feel free to wander around the property excluding our home and back yard. Approximately 5 mins to local vineyards ,20 mins to Pokolbin. Lots of local pub’s and restaurants nearby too most with a courtesy bus. Just a lovely spot

Golf course frontage, spacious modern home with private gas heated pool. 4 large bedrooms (sleep 8) all ensuited & spar bath, walk in robes, child friendly (cot), all linen included and pool towels. Open plan living, media room, plasma TV’s Foxtel, Internet. Relax in the outdoor covered entertaining area with BBQ, enjoy the local wines and produce as the sun sets. Locked double garage.

Murray cottage

Murray is a two-bedroom cottage with two queen beds. It has beautiful views of neighbouring vineyards, and is quiet and peaceful. For weekend bookings, a minimum of two guests is required. The cottage is five minutes drive from Hunter Valley galleries and major wineries and restaurants, and less than two hours from Sydney. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper, who uses alcohol-based cleaning agents. Generous, reduced rates are available for week-long stays.

Your accommodation is in a "Nissen Hut" which have quite the history. If you want something that's quirky and/or a little different, then look no further than "Nomads' Nest". This lovely two storey house is full of quirky character. From the artwork to the spiral staircase. Relax with a wine & take in the breath taking view from the front balcony. Boasting 4 bedrooms, Bob's Balcony can sleep up to 9 people comfortably. If you don't feel like cooking or feel like a cocktail or two, then head to our bar & restaurant, Jimmy Joans, located on the property. Come for the wineries, but stay for the view & relaxing space that is Bob's Balcony.
