Martini Time is a modern 90m2 loft located on the top floor of a 13th century building (without lift), located on the ancient walls of Castello district, the highest and most noble part of the city. The terrace offers an incredible view of Cagliari and is equipped for outdoor living. 70 meters away is an elevator that takes you to the car park and the rest of town. The beach is a few minutes away. A unique and unrepeatable place, equipped with all comforts in the most exclusive part of the city.

A solo 1 km di distanza troverete la famosissima perla del sud Tuerredda Beach e le meravigliose spiagge di Chia. La villa immersa nel verde, avendo alle spalle le montagne, offre la possibilità di percorsi trekking mozzafiato a picco sul mare.

La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco ed è composta da tre stanze, due bagni, ampio giardino con prato, spazio esterno con doccia calda e fredda, barbecue e lavatrice. Nella casa sono presenti WI-FI gratuito, lavastoviglie, TV satellitare, piano induzione, tutte le attrezzature per cucinare.
