Enjoy this charming home built in 1914. This home has beautiful original woodwork throughout the home. Enjoy soaking in the claw foot tub. The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. Great Location in the Bay City, West Side.

Our stairs leading up to the second story walk up are very steep. We are located in the city, so occasionally traffic sounds, as well as some - depending on the season - outside entertainment going on in the historic district. Our place is right above a bar/grill where the kitchen closes at 10 p.m. and the bar is usually closed at 11 p.m. unless there's a special event, etc requiring a little later close.
