It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Old but resolutely modern by its comfort and its decoration, it is an ideal place for a family vacation or a friends getaway. The tranquility of the place will suit both people wishing to rest or being active seeking to discover the beautiful region.

Arrivée autonome par boîte à clés, de 16h à 23h Linge de lit et de toilette fournis et kit d'arrivée. Chaque habitation a son indépendance et son espace extérieur. PISCINE ouverte d avril température variable selon la météo. elle est commune pour l'ensemble des gîtes. AIR DE JEUX idéal pour les enfants. Linge non fourni ou en supplément de 10 euros par lit et 5 euros par personne pour le linge de toilette.

Gite GAUGAIN is a lovely cottage, a separate bedroom with ensuite (shower and toilet) and open plan lounge/kitchen & a cute fireplace . It is very peaceful & surrounded by a lovely garden & farm fields. In the heart of the country yet close to tourist spots like Mont Saint Michel (25mins), Medieval town Fougieres, Saint Malo & 5 min drive from the chateau de la Rouerie. Bikes also available. Massage treatments available. When the gites aren’t open this is run as an art retreat.
