Eine vollausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, alternativ kann auch der BBQ genutzt werden. Im stilvollen Wohn/Esszimmer befindet sich auch ein TV. Die Villa hat eine umlaufende Terrasse mit wahnsinnigem Blick auf das Meer und abends den Sonnenuntergang! Highlight ist der private Infinty-Pool (4x9m) im zugehörigen Garten.

Si accede mediante scala condominiale che conduce alla terrazza coperta da tettoia in legno, dotata di doccia e barbecue . Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, tavolo, divano letto (trasformabile in un letto a due piazze) e terrazza panoramica; camera da letto matrimoniale; bagno con doccia.

Trattasi di abitazione di recente recupero con pietre e travi in legno resa funzionale e confortevole con il rifacimento degli impianti. Il piano terra è costituito da ampio soggiorno, cucina completa, camera matrimoniale, grande bagno con doccia, vasca e lavatrice; al piano superiore si trovano un soppalco, due camere matrimoniali e un altro bagno con ampia doccia. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

The House is in rustic style surrounded by an olive grove, it is composed of a large living room with a characteristic fireplace and wooden countertop. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The bedrooms have both a double bed and one has an additional single bed. A fifth room serves as a closet.
