Located on a quiet street in the Bernal Heights area and a 5min walk to Bernal Hill outdoor space, 20min walk to the shops, bars/restaurants on Cortland Avenue, 10min walk from Precita Park with local cafes, grocery store, & beautiful Park. It’s HILLY Note. kitchenette is outside the unit in private closed-off space in garage

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and gorgeous vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods on the peaceful balcony and one with nature at the fire pit overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, comfortable workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. We live in the main house on the property.

This 400 square foot space is on top of our garage and next to our home. There is no public transportation nearby and ride share services are available but not always reliable so you'll need a car.

The cottage is nestled in the rear of our backyard, detached from the main house.
