Eintauchen, ausruhen, auftanken - Willkommen bei Almzeit, deinem Rückzugsort in den Alpen. Unsere Selbstversorger Hütte ist der ideale Ort, um dem Trubel des Alltags zu entkommen und die Schönheit und Stille der Bergwelt zu erleben. Sie befindet sich auf etwa 1200 m und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das malerische Lavanttal. Die Hütte ist ein rustikales Juwel, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet wurde. Ein perfekter Zufluchtsort, um Energie zu tanken und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

✨1A Chalet Koralpe 70 mit großzügigem Wellnessbereich auf ca. 1.600 m – direkt im Feriendorf im Wander- & Skigebiet auf der Koralpe. 🧖‍♂️ Indoor-Sauna, Badewanne mit traumhafter Aussicht & große Terrasse sorgen für pure Entspannung. 🎿 Der Lift, die Skischule und der Skiverleih sind bequem zu Fuß oder mit Ski erreichbar. 🥾 Im Sommer starten Wanderungen und Skitouren direkt vor dem Chalet. 🛏️ 2 Kingsize-Doppelbetten & ausziehbare Couch im Wohnbereich 📺 65" UHD TV mit Entertainment-System

Über den Wolken

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. As we are open year round, take the opportunity to enjoy the special seasonal products from the garden, orchard such as organic vegetables, fruit, apple juice and specialty products such as homemade jams, vinegar, aperitifs, herbal soaps, and creams, to name a few. Experience a unique, modern farm stay w/ a personal touch in a new, large, open and airy apartment in the Slovenian country side, 700 meters above sea level, conveniently located close to the Ribnica na Pohorju ski resort.

Studio 1111 with Sauna & Hot Tub

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Ferienhaus im Grünen auf 1100m Seehöhe

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

Hoislhütte

Inmitteln absoluter Idylle und Sonnenlage bietet sie aufs 1250m Seehöhe den idealen Ort zum Spazieren, Erholen und Energie tanken in den Bergen. Wie Nahe man der Natur ist, wird direkt vor der Haustüre spürbar. Unmittelbar vor der Hütte befindet sich ein Gatter mit Damwild, welches zu jeder Jahreszeit eine besondere Attraktion darstellt. Auch Wanderungen zu anderen Hütten oder zum Soboth Stausee können von hier aus unternommen werden.
