House is built on 15’ piers with the best sunrises and sunsets on the bay. Fishing cleaning station is on the side of the home. 1.8 miles from the Swan Point boat ramp, 17 miles to Port O’Connor, and 33 miles to the Aransas Wildlife Refuge. The canal is tidal influenced so not all boats will be able to dock.
