The luxuries and comforts of this peaceful place give you a feeling of "home away from home". The five acres gives plenty of space to freely roam and explore. Our goal is to provide a clean and sanitized home and help provide a five star experience.

The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

You are booking 1 of 2 cabooses, each 270 sq ft., fully remodeled to accommodate 4 people comfortably; 1 bedroom; a hide a bed sofa. The cupola has a twin futon. Located on a gated private air strip. Beautiful neighborhood directly across the street from the Dungeness River, close to the Olympic Game Farm and less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. 21st century conveniences in a 20th century caboose.

This 1 bedroom open studio also comes with access to a beautifully crafted turf soccer field and newly constructed landscaping to pull it all together. For more than two guests, we offer an additional sleeping space in the living room area. (Please note, these are not private from one another. See pictures).

Lovely Downtown Home on Olympic Discovery Trail

Come experience a perfect combination of civilization and sunny natural beauty. Our family-friendly home is situated on the Olympic Discovery Trail and has mountain views from the master. A few minutes walk will take you to wonderful Carrie Blake park or Hurricane Ridge Coffee. With three large bedrooms including a kiddo-friendly bunk bed and two big living rooms, there's plenty of space for the whole family. Very reliable high speed internet (250Gps) means you can work here too!

Enjoy a stay in this historical 1909 farmhouse, which has been updated with modern amenities while still maintaining turn of the century ambiance. Nearby: 8 mins to downtown Sequim, 10 mins to Dungeness Spit, 15 mins to Port Angeles, 45 mins to Olympic National Park. Parking aplenty. Come relax in the rain shadow!

Situated right off of Hi-101 it’s a short trip into downtown Sequim or even enjoy the town over, Port Angeles in only a 20 minute drive. If you prefer the scenic route take a right out of our drive way into the backroads of Sequim where you'll find a range of nature views like our personal favorites "Cline Spit" or the "Voice of America".
