Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

This design focused tiny home is on a 105ha farm 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Porto Covo, with a private lake. So close to the beach, and with all the charm of the Alentejo countryside. A large deck opens from the kitchen and living room, with outdoor seating, and another sunset deck with an outdoor bath. Inside you will find a fully functioning kitchen, bathroom, a double bed and a mezzanine up the ladder with another double bed. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a family getaway.

The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. Nestled on the top of its hill, the house allows quick access to the lagoon of Santo André and the ocean (10km), the villages of Melides (15km), Grândola and Comporta. A car will be required.
