From the living room a spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find the second bed (for two) as well as the bedroom which is the only room that has a door. Bathrooms are on both floors. This open space appartment-house is ideal for a family with kids. It's entirely new renovated and has 85m2 in total, a separate entrance, two balconies, own private parking, barbecue fireplace.
