Gorgeous, comfortable two bedroom Suite

Our light-filled lower level suite has been fully remodeled (completed Feb 2019) and includes two bedrooms (up to 4 Queen beds), a large media room with a fold-out couch bed, and one full bathroom. Total space is approximately 1000 square feet with a private entrance. Amenities include all the perks of our media room and a kitchenette. We wash all linens included Duvet covers between guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, Keurig coffee maker, and an eat-in island. In the living room, enjoy the 55" 4K TV with Bose sound on a sectional sofa that doubles as a pull-out bed. Rest well on a premium cal king size bed and enjoy a relaxing dip in the hot tub on your tranquil backyard patio. Unit has washer/dryer, heat/AC, and ensuite bath.

Our 'sister guesthouses' consist of two small side-by-side cabins (you get both) located behind our home, nestled in a verdant hillside garden that our friends and family lovingly call ‘Little Tuscany’. Cabin 1 - living room with a well-stocked kitchenette, pull-out couch, table and chairs Cabin 2 - bedroom with a queen-size bed, full bathroom and a private deck Accessed by a private entrance, the cabins are luminous and efficient, designed to meet all your needs.

Retreat above the city in this one-of-a-kind home and gaze at the sweeping view of Silicon Valley. Rancho Ruby is a revived 1950s ranch designed with a modern California style. It sits on a hilltop, situated on a secluded & gated third acre lot to allow tranquility for guests but is only a 15 minutes drive to the city center.

Redwood Cottage & Hot Tub

Enjoy this quaint, peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only) and the road is one lane with a steep driveway. Permit #211304
