This charming one bedroom basement suite is on a quiet street just minutes from downtown and all amenities. It's only 30 minutes to Silverstar! Free on site parking as well as street parking. Once inside, genuine leather recliners are across from a 55 inch tv in the living room. The Quartz kitchen is well lit and fully stocked. The bedroom has a king bed, closet, blankets & robes. The bathroom has all of the essentials as well. The hot tub is great for unwinding after a day of adventures!

The master bedroom has a king bed with a walk in closet, and the spare room has bunk beds, a queen on the bottom & a double on top. The sectional couch also has a pull out option to sleep. Full kitchen with the essential amenities. Includes TV & Wifi. Trampoline & a climbing dome for the kids outside. 12 min drive from Vernon and only a 10-12 min drive from Silver Star Ski Resort.

Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

Separate thermostat turns this space into a great drying room. Shared Hot Tub for winter use, during the Silverstar Alpine open dates. This is a Non Smoking Strata.
