Die im ersten Stock gelegene Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen Wohn/Essbereich, eine top ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder,Klimaanlage, W-Lan sowie einer Terrasse mit Meerblick. Außerdem befinden sich im gemeinschaftlichen genutzten Garten Sonnenliegen und ein Grill. Ein Abstellplatz für Ihr Auto wird zur Verfügung gestellt.

Najbliži obalni gradovi su od ville udaljeni samo kratku vožnju.(15km).Iz Fažane moguće je brodom poći na izlet Nacionalni park Brijuni. Možete posjetiti središnju Istru uživati u predivnim pogledima i kušati Istarske delicije pršut fuže i druge specijalitete. Posjetite Pulu, rimski amfiteatar, predivni Rovinj, dvorac u Savičenti.

Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).
