Sunset Apartment 1

Elegantly designed apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor offers comfort and privacy. It features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bright living room. All rooms are air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi available. Guests can enjoy a outside terrace with shared washing machine and dryer. Parking is available on the street or privately for an extra fee. The Old Town is a 5–7 minute downhill walk, with a 15-minute uphill return and a beautiful view.

Villa Sweet Water/Villa Slatka Voda

A waterfront villa with amazing views and privacy in a quiet and isolated area located about 30 minutes drive north of Dubrovnik. The house has a large terrace directly on the sea. Just off the terrace, is a kitchen, dining area, and living room. There are three bedrooms each with attached full baths. One bedroom is on the ground level and two bedrooms are on first floor with outside entrances. Number of Guests is limited to four people.

Our recently renovated house "Kuca Mala" (size 50 m2) is situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, in quiet and friendly neighborhood offering privacy and amazing view. House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.
