Oswin Roberts Cottage is situated in the nature park of Phillip island. High on a hill with stunning panoramic views of Rhyll inlet. Oswin Roberts cottage is the only property on Phillip island with the proximity to the nature park. Enjoy a perfect getaway in a private pet friendly, beautifully renovated 40 foot high cube . The container is positioned in the top half a double block , and is surrounded by native gardens . The container is fitted out with all you will need for a perfect stay . It has a large deck for the evening barbecue, following a day at the closest beach Smiths 🏄 a 5 minute drive , or after exploring the many attractions of Phillip Island and Gippsland. If you have a dog it is completely secure .

Hobsons Cabin is a self contained cabin (one of two cabins in our backyard) at the right hand side of our private backyard. Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Family holiday home. Sleeps 6-10: 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 downstairs (external access). Expansive deck with ocean & rural views - BBQ & great outdoor entertaining. Quick drive to GP circuit (5 min), Penguin Parade, Nobbies, Cowes (10 min). 5 min. walk to Smiths or YCW beach. Coffee and snacks from General Store. Surf lessons & equipment from Island Surfboards. THIS IS NOT A MODERN HOUSE (please see photos), but with modern appliances and bathrooms. Think: Affordable. Clean. Great location!

Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.
