Rust en Vrede Stone Cottages

Rust en Vrede means rest and peace in Afrikaans which describes the experience of staying in these these two stone cottages. They are 20m apart and are ONLY offered as a pair, and have exclusive use of a rock pool. Each cottage has two 3/4 beds, bathroom, kitchenette and patio. The pair of cottages accommodate a MAX of 4 people in TOTAL in a private setting, with expansive views. These new cottages are in the same format as the other four on the farm which have received hundreds of 5* reviews.

Within walking distance from Taaibosch, Pink Valley and Avontuur Wine and stud farm. Just across the R44 Ken Forrester Wines is luring. For the outdoor enthusiasts Helderberg provide trails for hiking and mtbiking and our dam covers swimming, rowing and sundowners.

Between a rock and a beautiful space… Tussenklip offers an unique, romantic hideaway experience for two, tucked between two ageless gigantic granite boulders. Nestled amongst the pristine granite outcrops of the Lowveld, almost invisible to the eye, it is a true architectural gem. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.
