The property has three bedrooms and sleeps up to seven guests which is ideal for group reservations, work stays and family breaks. The property is based a 15 minute drive from the A1 motorway and is conveniently located between Barnsley and Pontefract which provides easy access to all towns and cities across West and South Yorkshire. The property has free parking to the front and rear!

Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Our comfortable and inviting annex is sited over a converted 200 year old barn and situated in the quiet courtyard of Rose Cottage. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

Discover comfort and tranquillity in our 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom cottage on a private countryside estate. Unwind in the spacious sitting room with TV and log burner. The perfect space to relax after a day of walking and exploring Brockerdale Nature Reserve. We offer a secure place for cyclists to keep their bikes overnight. Our quaint and beautifully styled apartment is ideally located for wedding guests from nearby Wentbridge House Hotel and Rogerthorpe Manor. We are perfectly situated for a half way stop over when travelling between the south of England and Scotland, 5 minutes from the A1.
