Situated on the quieter west side of town, and on the way to the beach....the rails to trails path nearby takes you through the beautiful forest and bush, or a short ten minute drive away are the stunning beaches, wineries and caves. Hire or bring a bike and explore the many mountain bike trails.

The property has air-conditioning which is centrally controlled. Each guest bedroom has a fan and opening windows. Please note that we do not cater for children under 6 years of age.

My home is in Busselton. We have 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The lounge room has foxtel. There is a sitting area to relax in after a day's exploring our beautiful region. It takes 20 min to get to the wine growing region to start enjoying our delicious wines, beers, chocolates & galleries. We have a shed if you like to store your bikes, surfboards, boats, etc. A Continental Breakfast is included.
