A roomy place in the first floor of our family house kept in the style of the Yugoslavian 80's in a very quiet neighborhood. 5km to Jeruzalem vineyards, 8km to Banovci Spa, 14km to Bioterme Spa. An old town center of Ljutomer is in 10min walking distance. A place for your car in a carport. There's a garden with shadow. A lot of cycling, hiking and running possibilities in the area. 5km away there's a beautiful lake (former gravel digging) with christal clear water, perfect for a swim in nature.

Kuća kapaciteta 4+1 osoba sastoji se od dvije odvojene spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka, kuhinje sa blagovaonom i kupaonicom. U sklopu Kućice je velika terasa s pogledom na netaknutu prirodu. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Small and well equipped apartment is located in a building built in 2009 and is only a 5 minute walk to the city center, pedestrian zone. You have just 15 minutes on foot to the city park with castle. Also it's less than 10 minutes walk to the Međimurje Polytechnic and the Faculty of Teacher Education.
