BEST spot to watch the sunrise, (and moonrise) on St Augustine Beach from every room in the condo and from the two direct beach front balconies! CORNER UNIT! TOP FLOOR! One balcony off the upstairs corner primary bedroom suite, walk in closet and ocean view King size beds in each bedroom. Anytime is a good time to be on the beach in St. Augustine! Winter Spring, Summer, or Fall! Besides being steps from the beach there are plenty of local eateries,great food, live music within walking distance.

Check out our beautiful upstairs apartment in Historic St Augustine! The space is newly remodeled and so lovely! Originally built in 1910 and completely updated in 2023. Just two blocks from St. George St, walking distance to Flagler and all of downtown St Augustine. This one bedroom, king bed and full sized bed pull out sofa, full kitchen and bath as well as a balcony to enjoy the sights. Free off street parking, so you are able to park, walk around and enjoy everything downtown has to offer.

Key Lime Oasis is nestled on a tree lined residential street in historic Saint Augustine. There is lots to see and do starting a mere two block walk away, and multiple beaches within 3-4 miles. I provide 2 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella and beach towels.. The apartment features all new appliances, a quiet back porch, French doors leading from the bedroom to a delightful bathroom with a large shower with a Bluetooth speaker. A complimentary parking pass to the city garage is provided.

We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We offer Roku TV.

Let this unique 1 bdrm/1 bath (w/ claw-footed tub) apartment provide the relaxation and comfort you should expect when on vacation. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized mattress and the black recliner in the living room has the potential to lull you into a dreamy state when you're not out exploring! The treehouse is close enough to attractions/beach/restaurants to walk or ride bikes (We have an assortment of bikes and beach paraphernalia for your use). Three day minimum.
