Very spacious apartment with terrace and yard

The 75m apartment consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms and a free parking space. If necessary, it is possible to add a baby cot. It is possible to park bicycles in a closed garage that is shared. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, as shown in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary facilities: coffee machine, kettle, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen towels. The apartment has a covered terrace with furniture for sitting and dining and a fenced mini yard with furniture for relaxing. The washing machine is located in the garage of the building, and the guest is provided with a key to access the garage.

Hi, Our apartment found its place in a small Dalmatian village called Gornja Podgora, just 5-7 minutes (about 2,5 km downhill) away from town Podgora by car. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. My place is located in Starigrad Paklenica, on quiet location but close to all necessary facilities ( restaurants, cafes, supermarket, atm...). You can spend relaxing holiday but if you are an adventure person there are numerous possibilities: climbing, hiking, cycling, water sports.. Paklenica NP is 1,2 km from the house. Nearest beach is just few minutes walking from the house. The apartment is an ideal place to stay for couples or single travelers.
