Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

Spend your afternoons down by the lake where you will find our private swim platform dock and a couple kayaks to get you out on the water. Conveniently located 15 minutes from restaurants and groceries in Toccoa GA. *Please note that we currently do not have water off our dock.
