Appi Family is a single-family house with a wide garden located in the municipality of Capoterra, in the residential district Residenza del Poggio. We are at only 20 minutes from the Cagliari city center and 15 minutes from the airport, a very convenient location to explore the city of Cagliari and the beautiful seaside of the south Sardegna: 1. at only 20 minutes from us, you will find Nora, an old punic city later conquered by the roman empire. Its ruins are located a step away from the crystal clear water of the sea; 2. at only 30 minutes from us, you will find the beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula with fine and clear sand; 3. A 45 minutes drive will bring you to one of the most beautiful shores on the Mediterranean sea, the seaside location of Chia with white sand dunes, crystalline sea water, secular junipers and lagoons with multicolored reflections. 4. On the east side, the city of Cagliari, and its beach the Poetto, which is only 30 minutes away. It is also possible to visit the natural park of Monte Arcosu (WWF oasis), one of the few natural parks on the most admired island in the Mediterranean and one of the last realms of the Sardinian deer, a true treasure trove of biodiversity. The late Romanesque church of Santa Barbara and the Romanesque church of Santa Maria in Uta. The room is rigorously cleaned and sanitized at each guest change... it is pleasantly furnished and has a double bed with clean sheets, bedside tables, wall lamps with convenient USB charging sockets, coat hangers and a shelf compartment... it is also equipped with air conditioning, a convenient mini-bar, coffee machine and a kettle. The French window connects the room to a small balcony with a table and chairs. The internal bathroom is for the exclusive use of the room to which it is directly connected and is equipped with a shower, you will also find clean towels available, shampoo and balm for hairs.. For breakfast you will find coffee pods in the room. It is possible to eat only in your room or on your private terrace... while enjoying the splendid view of the sea. Other Airbnb rooms are located in the house. Access to the common areas on the ground floor is not permitted. In the room you will find everything you need, if not please contact me.

The Pedra Rubia Bed & Breakfast is very new and offers a unique location. The view from our terrace and balconies is amazing, specially during the sunset. Staying indoors when the landscape outside is so spectacular is almost blasphemy. All the same, we have made sure that our rooms offer our guests every comfort and make the experience of resting and getting up in the morning as pleasant as possible. In the both the red and yellow rooms, you will be greeted every morning by the Pan di Zucchero, the sea-stack that looms off the Nebida coast and can be seen from our windows and balconies.

Ampio parcheggio interno e spazio per le vostre attrezzature.
