Welcome to our spacious, comfortably furnished 2 bdrm/2 bath condo in the Elkhorn area of Sun Valley, ID. This quiet location is well-off the main road. It is only a 7-min drive to the River Run ski lodge, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley Lodge/resort. Two lrg bdrms (w/small child-sized sofa bed) offer plenty of room for a quick weekend, or a longer get-away! NF land is ~1/4 mi away; elk and deer are often seen nearby. 3 hot tubs, 3 pools, 2 saunas, golf, and 19 tennis courts are nearby.

Nestled into the hillside of the Sawtooth Mountains, it's only a three minute drive to the ski runs off of Warm Springs Road, and a fifteen minute drive to the famous Sun Valley resort. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

Beautiful Baldy View-Cottonwoods-Resort Access

Updated top floor condo is a few minutes walk from the historic Sun Valley Resort. Fantastic view of Baldy ski/bike mountain and surrounding mountain from the inside of the condo as well as the deck. 2 bath (hard to find) 1 bedroom with King bed and also a Murphy Queen bed in common area. Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, there is not an elevator so please be comfortable climbing stairs :)

Newer complex, built in 2007. This unit is available for short term vacation rental as this is a family owned/managed unit
