The bedroom on the ground floor contains a double bed and enjoys patio doors leading onto a small private garden with patio table and chairs. The property is hidden away in a very quiet, peaceful setting and is entered from the gravel drive through the front door into the light airy kitchen.

Laurel Cottage is a charming 300 year old thatched cottage in the heart of the picturesque village of Sutton Poyntz on the outskirts of the seaside resort town of Weymouth. The interior has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard combining a modern kitchen and bathrooms with the period character of the cottage. It has 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles (1 en-suite) and 2 twins. There is a large living room and separate dining room. Bed linen and towels are included.

Pixon Barn is situated on a working farm on the Jurassic Coastline within an easy driving distance to Weymouth, Lulworth Cove, and Abbotsbury. It is located next to numerous bridlepaths, perfect for avid walkers, cyclists and lovers of the countryside. We welcome any and all well behaved dogs. There are several pubs all within a 5 minutes distance by car, as well as our own farm cafe and shop located on the main road into Weymouth. Best ice-cream around.!
