New studio apartment in Rab - perfect for couples

Our studio apartment is located in the old town of Rab directly in the Middle street (Srednja ul) looking to the Down street (Donja ulica) and the Forum Pub which we recomand for the best cocktails in Rab. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the old town of Rab. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi. All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.

Veliki apartman sa dvije spavaće sobe, prostranim dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom i kupaonicom. Gostima je na raspolaganju mikrovalna pećnica, TV i dugački balkon s pogledom na more. U cijenu apartmana su uključeni svi troškovi uključujući boravišnu pristojbu, wifi i mogućnost besplatnog parkirališta ispred kuće. U ponudi imamo i dodatnu sobu s velikim bračnim krevetom (180x200) i kupaonicom, molim provjerite raspoloživost u kalendaru. Zajedno sa dodatnom sobom ukupno možemo primiti 8 odraslih osoba.

Apartman se nalazi se uz obalu jezera iz kojeg se kroz velike ostakljene stijene pruža pogled na samo jezero i okolna gorja. Idealan je za opuštanje i bijeg od gradske vreve. Parovi mogu uživati u intimnosti smještaja, a zbog kapaciteta od 5 odraslih osoba moguća su i ugodna obiteljska okupljanja. Ljeti se može kupati u jezeru i uživati na vanjskoj terasi, dok zima nudi smještaj u toplini unutarnjeg kamina. Grijanje je automatizirano na pelet, dok si za dodatan ugođaj možete korisiti kamin.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.
