Our Villa is fully furnished to a high standard with all amenities and you have your own private pool to make the most of the Greek sunshine. Located in the traditional village of Sarlata on the south coast of the island you are just a stones throw from many beautiful sandy beaches and the Capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli, is only a short drive away.

Villa Chloe 1955

Villa Chloe is now renovated and ready to welcome you. Located in Svoronata, a traditional village, less that half a mile away from the famous Ammes and Ai Helis beaches, 1.3 miles away from the airport and 4.3 miles away from the capital. Surrounded by trees with a large terrance and its own entrance and parking space. The house is air conditioned and consists of a 35m^2 ground floor with a small kitchen, WC, a (double bed convertible) sofa and a loft with a double bed and storing space.

Just a short 12-minute drive from Argostoli, the capital, and conveniently located approximately 2 km the Airport, this hidden gem offers a serene retreat. Many magnificent beaches just moments away are located from our place, like Avythos, Ai Xelis and Makris Gialos.

Διαμέρισμα σε μονοκατοικία, στην Κεφαλονιά

Το διαμέρισμα κατασκευάστηκε το 2021 και βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του χωριού "Κουρκουμελάτα", ένα από τα πιο γραφικά χωριά του νησιού με ιδιαίτερη αρχιτεκτονική. Ξεχωρίζει για την εντυπωσιακή θέα προς τα νότια και για τους προσεγμένους δημόσιους χώρους. Οι νότιες παραλίες Άβυθος, η μεγάλη Πέτρα και ο Άι Χέλις βρίσκονται σε απόσταση μόλις 2,5 χλμ από το διαμέρισμα. Το αεροδρόμιο είναι στα 4,5 χλμ διευκολύνοντας πολύ τις μετακινήσεις ενώ το Αργοστόλι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 10χλμ.

Το Αμαρυλλίς είναι ένα ολοκαίνουριο διαμέρισμα, άνετο, λειτουργικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Amaryllis is a brand new apartment following the tradition of the Eptanesian architecture. It is located in the most tourist area of the island. At a short distance there are some of the most well-known beaches such as AI HELIS beach and AVITHOS (1,5klm), MAKRYS GIALOS (6klm) and 9klm away from the capital of the island, ARGOSTOLI. We need to mention that airport is only 3klm away.

Υπάρχουν τράπεζες, σούπερ μάρκετ, νοσοκομείο και φυσικά νυχτερινή ζωή Στην Πεσσάδα υπάρχει μικρό λιμανάκι όπου αράζουν μικρά σκάφη καθώς και φερυ μποτ για Ζάκυνθο.
