This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. There is also a new fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and internet TV

Four-legged friends welcome. In these current times my cleaners are exceeding guidelines for sanitising and the apartment is having a deep clean after every visit. Rest assured you’ll be able to have a wonderful, restful break away from the stresses of the outside world, in my safe clean apartment.

Perfectly positioned in a quite road in one of Dorset's designated areas of outstanding natural beauty, with glimpses of the sea, bay and hills. Short walks down to Swanage town, blue flag beach and the steam train, or across to Peveril Point and the Downs Nature Reserve and up to Durlston Country Park, Victorian castle and the lighthouse. This apartment has lovely open sea views from the living room and kitchen. There is: a living room with sofas, smart TV and eating area; pretty bedroom with oak double bed and wardrobe; simple fitted kitchen with gas oven & hob, microwave, toaster and refrigerator; a bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin and w.c. Attic style rooms on the second floor so visitors do need to be fairly fit. Shared use of garden. Free parking in the road. A decorated seasonal Christmas tree is provided.

Just a short 2 min walk and you are on our blue flag sandy beach and a level walk to Swanage town centre with a very good selection of independent shops and restaurants. Home to Swanage carnival and music festivals. It is perfect for access to the stunning Jurassic coast. We have a good selection of toys and books for the children and we are dog friendly.

Bournemouth and Sandbanks are a 25 minute walk along the promenade. Bus stop at the end of the road will take you to Bournemouth and the Purbecks.

This is a lovely flat with its own patio at the front with table and chairs, and another patio at the rear. It has a large lounge with a separate kitchen diner, a full bathroom and a separate wc. It has that seaside feel to it, with the path down to the beach opposite, 200m We use it for the family so has lots of extras. Swanage town is a 15 min walk along the beach to lovely shops and restaurants. This is a very homely, place, if you are looking for minimalist then its not for you.
