Our lovely, well equipped very Tiny House sits beside a spacious sunny private terrace and hot tub. A renovated summerhouse, the interior is very small but super stylish! The perfect base from which to explore our beautiful area. There’s a mini en-suite wet room & practical micro kitchen with a fridge/ice maker, Wonder Oven, coffee machine etc. We’re quietly situated in a private town centre courtyard, close to the harbour & marinas! We provide a Lymington & New Forest FREE PARKING clock!

A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Escape to The Cabin in the beautiful New Forest

The Cabin is a stylish and modern space situated in the village of Sway and within walking distance of the open forest. The Cabin is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. There are two pubs within the village and plenty of forest walks. Lymington Market Town is only a short drive away, as is the beach. The Cabin is located at our riding school, Coombe Stables, there are options for treks out onto the open forest for all abilities or shorter rides in the arena.

Chapel End @ The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Part of a delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well as some amazing beaches. Chapel End is a studio room that has a king size bed, en-suite shower room, kitchen and a 2 seater dining table. It has it's own entrance at the end of the Old Chapel. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus a private courtyard garden with a table and 4 chairs.

The Stables, The New Forest

The Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest, ideal for cycling, walks, hacking, pubs and relaxing. We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. There is a cosy sitting room and kitchenette. I am dog and horse friendly, there is a small paddock. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £15 per dog per night, 2 max. Cash payment on arrival.

The Hangar - countryside views, seclusion & peace.

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

Cosy comfort, hot-tub, wood burner, in New Forest.

Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dog too, there are fields for them to run around in.

Castle Hill Guest House

Castle Hill Guest House is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Burley, within the stunning New Forest National Park. Attached to the host’s home with help available if needed, it features a spacious master bedroom (super king bed), two single rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), all with built-in wardrobes, a cozy lounge, upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, and a large, well-equipped kitchen ideal for relaxing after forest walks.

Shepherds' hut close to the sea and New Forest

Glamping at its best. A beautifully crafted shepherds' hut set in its own picket fenced garden. Perfectly situated within a few minutes of the beach and forest. Facilities include a fridge, microwave hob, barbeque and cosy log burner. A fully fitted shower room and a choice of double bed settee or bunks. There are riding schools and hacking centres close by. Barton on Sea golf course is a short walk away.

You'll often spot our friendly free-roaming animals and plenty of local wildlife as you relax and unwind. Step outside for country walks or wander to the local village pub, shop, and tearooms. A simple welcoming retreat to relax and enjoy nature.
